Today, we strive to lead the way in sustainable business practices in our sector. Not only is this an urgent requirement if we are to mitigate the impacts of climate change but it ensures that we can stay relevant to our customers, partners, and other stakeholders. To guide our work, we have established emission reduction targets that are aligned with climate science and validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi).

Sustainability is a core part of our strategy, and we have organised our work into three thematic areas: customer solutions, climate and nature, and an inclusive workplace. These themes build on the foundation of responsible business, encompassing health and safety, respect for human rights, responsible sourcing, and ethical business conduct.
